WHO WE ARE

PentacleScotland is the Scottish branch of Pentacle the Virtual Business School, with other sites in England, Ireland and Brazil.

The core focus for PentacleScotland is innovation and education to support, enable and grow the Health & Well-being market. This includes:

  • Working in partnership within public sector organisations to support changing working practices
  • Enabling collaborative activities across many organisations in the delivery of innovative solutions
  • Delivering change at speed
  • Improving outcomes for patients, public and geographical regions

OUR AIMS

  • Transform old-world working practices within cash-strapped and time-poor organisations, particularly in the public sector, to enable innovation, true collaboration & delivery at speed
  • Reduce organisational costs through reduced travel, reduced accommodation (& associated costs), and save time to do more value-add activity.
  • Deliver Virtual Education with our Leadership, Coaching, Project Delivery and Innovation Models to create New World Thinking in often old-world hierarchical, high bureaucracy organisations
  • Grow PentacleScotland as a global leader in Virtual New World working practices across the Health and Well-being Sector
